    Do & See

There’s no time to be bored in Tenerife, home to numerous theme parks, 43 protected nature areas, and an endless list of outdoor activities. Ride through spectacular landscapes on your mountain bike or on horseback, climb the many rock walls and mountains, and paraglide over gorgeous landscapes of Tenerife. There are over 100 sites that are ideal for this increasingly popular sport.

    Beaches

On the island there are around 70 kilometres of beaches where you can enjoy a variety of activities, including pedalos, jet skis and parasailing. Or you can just relax, let the sea breeze cool you down and have a quick dip whenever you fancy. Most beaches on Tenerife have been awarded the Blue Flag for the quality of the water, the services available and their easy access. Beaches with golden sand are mainly to be found in the south, from Güímar to Adeje. Las Vistas, Las Galletas, El Médano, Torviscas and Fañabé are some good examples. For more information, visit:
